The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:
- Website design & development after the initial concept has been approved.
- Digital marketing, SEO, and social media services after the campaign has started.
- Graphic design services once drafts have been delivered.
- WordPress maintenance and optimization services once performed.
- Domain names, hosting services, and third-party software or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be considered if:
- The client cancels a project before significant work has been completed.
- A service has been partially delivered but is unsatisfactory, and we determine that a refund is reasonable.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- The service purchased.
- The reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days via the original payment method.

If a client is dissatisfied with our service, we encourage them to contact us before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving issues through revisions, adjustments, or alternative solutions where possible.
6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
- Clients agree to contact us first for any refund-related concerns before initiating a chargeback.
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
